1.Tadaasana (Taraasana)

hands to the top by putting a finger lock on it, i.e. the palms remain towards
the sky. Keep the neck straight. This is Tadasan.
Advantage of Asana:

2. Bhujangasana

serpent. After laying on the stomach, bring the arm twisting the elbows and

the head towards the shape. This is Bhujangasan.

Especially this posture reduces the pulse and the lungs are strong. With this
posture, the spinal cord is strong and flexibility comes in the back. This

muscles of the digestive system. It also helps in reducing stomach fat. The

3. Excerpt(Ushtrasana)

4.Gomukhasana

Dandasan, now fold the left foot and place the heel near the right buttocks.
Keep the right foot bent over the left foot while touching each other. In this
situation both the jugs will be placed on each other, which looks triangular.
Then lift the right hand up and pull the right shoulder upwards towards the
back, then hold the left hand from the back of the stomach to the back of the
back and hold the right hand pens. Keep the neck and waist straight. Now after
doing it for about one minute from one side, do it the other way. This is
Gomukhasana.
